Генерация электроэнергии из отработанного тепла

Рекуперация отработанного тепла спекания является важным способом снижения потребления энергии в процессе спекания и повышения эффективности использования энергии. Основной принцип заключается в том, что спеченная руда охлаждается путем продувки воздуха на кольцевом охладителе, а холодный воздух, вдуваемый снизу, нагревается при прохождении через горячий слой спеченной руды, становясь высокотемпературным отходящим газом. Кроме того, часть агломерационной машины производит спеченную руду путем втягивания высокотемпературного отходящего газа снизу в дымоход, который вводится в котел через вытяжной вентилятор, нагревая воду в котле для получения пара. Пар приводит в движение турбину и приводит в действие генератор для выработки электроэнергии.
